Purpose of Data Collection
Precise Location:
Used to maintain constant trackability of sensitive deliverables such as specimens, pharmaceuticals, equipment, supplies, devices and other high priority items that travel through our network.
Used for real-times ETA updates. These ETA updates are reported back to the server so that the dispatcher can ensure couriers are on time.
Used to verify that a driver does not deviate from the scheduled route.
Used for geofencing, which is triggered automatically when a driver arrives at a scheduled stop.
Used to ensure optimal service delivery by providing real-time navigation and validating service areas.
Used to verify transportation services provided, which expedites the process of driver compensation. Without this validation, we could not reasonably validate that service was being performed and could not provide compensation in an expedient fashion.
Background Location Tracking:
Allows the voice-based navigation component associated with turn-by-turn navigation to continue functioning even if the user turns off background location tracking then the voice based navigation component will not function while the app is closed.
Used to verify that a driver does not deviate from the scheduled route. This is especially important when a driver is servicing rural areas or during periods of inclement weather where ensuring driver safety is of utmost importance - even when the app is closed.
Used to verify transportation services provided, which expedites the process of driver compensation. Without this validation, we could not reasonably validate that service was being performed and could not provide compensation in an expedient fashion.
Name and Phone Number: Facilitates personalized service, direct support, account management and efficient communication between the driver and the dispatcher.
Parcel Photos: Used to confirm the accuracy of pickups and deliveries, enhancing service reliability and ensuring that SLAs are not violated.
User Photos and Related information: Used to confirm that the right couriers are collecting the right parcels.
Crash Logs and Diagnostics: Used to identify issues and thereby ensure a stable and efficient app experience.
App Performance Data: Used to guide developer updates and improvements to the application thereby ensuring a seamless user interface for couriers using the application.
Data Handling and Privacy
The driver’s security is paramount. We implement robust protections and comply with all relevant laws to safeguard your information. In particular, we prioritize the security of the driver’s location data, employing industry-standard measures to protect it and ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws.
Third-party Software/Service providers
We may use UXCam, which is an analytics solution. UXCam may record: Screens visited, Interaction patterns (such as screen actions, gestures: taps, scrolls), and Device details (Type, Version, Model, Operating System). We are using the information collected by UXCam to improve our app.

User Consent and Control
The driver has control over their own location data. The app request’s the driver’s permission before initializing the collection of location data, and the driver can modify these permissions in their device settings.
Data Sharing
Data is strictly used for service enhancement and legal compliance, with no unnecessary third-party sharing. The driver’s location data is not shared with third parties except as necessary for providing our services or as required by law.
